Definition Employee Net Promote Score (eNPS) is a metric used to measure employee satisfaction and loyalty towards their company. It serves as an indicator of how likely an employee is to recommend their company as a place to work.
Calculation eNPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of employees who are detractors (score of 0-6) from the percentage of employees who are promoters (score of 9-10).
